Using an Email Autoresponder is one of the most powerful ways you have of communicating with your target audience and for marketing products and services online.

Using an email autoresponders lets you automatically send an email or a series of pre-written email messages to your target audience who have opted into your newsletter and given you permission to send them an email. It enables you to automatically provide information on any topic to anyone, anywhere, instantly.

Once your autoresponder is set up, it sorts through your leads and qualifies your prospects by communicating with them automatically, and it does this over and over again freeing up your time to spend only with the best and most qualified prospects.

Using an Email Autoresponder is good for many Internet marketing applications including activities such as: dessimenating information, building and opt-in mail list (one of the most important things for success in your network marketing business), following up with visitors, basic sales, customer support, and offering multi-part tutorials or courses via email.

As you learned in Building Your Own MLM List, the most important thing you do for your network marketing business is to build your own list of leads. In order to do that you need to offer something of value to your target audience in exchange for them providing you with their name and email address. That could be a newsletter that they subscribe to or a report that you provide, a tutorial, a workshop. It could take many forms.

That communication with your target audience will be managed by your autoresponder. You write the email message or series of messages and the autoresponder manages the sending everytime a visitor opts into your list and requests your information.

Autoresponders even let you customize the message with their name making it feel more personal. Your list and the messages and content you provide will allow you to build trust with and to cultivate a relationship with your prospects. Once they opt-in to your list, they stay there. They've given you permission to send them information. Your list will become a valuable tool for you and using this list will give you multiple opportunities for repeat sales.

Remember, your ultimate goal is to sponsor people into your network marketing business, but you also want to monetize the process so you're creating another stream of income.

There are many ways you can use an autoresponder for building your list and your online marketing.

  • New product or service announcements or introductions
  • Brand new content exclusive to the subscribers of your e-zine newsletter.
  • ... the uses are limited only by your imagination

At the least you should publish and e-zine just to let people know about new content on your website.

The quality and success of your e-zine depends on the quality of your content. Give you readers what they want: good information! If you provide high quality content in your e-zine, your prospects will come to know you and trust you!

Using an Autoresponder with an E-zine

One of the most commonly used applications of an email autoresponder is to distribute an online e-zine. Think of it as an electronic newsletter. A quality e-zine lets you revisit your visitors. It reminds them about you and it gives them reason to return to your website. It also allows your audience to get to know you and it gives you an opportunity to earn their trust. This is all about the relationship building process.

Marketing research tell us that it takes as many as seven exposures before someone is ready to do business with you. It's unlikely that your client will buy from you on the first, second, or third contact. By repeat exposures you are quietly building your credibility and convincing your prospect that you are the right person to do business with. You are building your trust.

Your succes is all about the quality of your content. If your content is good and something that your subscribers value then they'll look forward to receiving your newsletter every month. People will get used to hearing from you every month. They'll expect it and they'll begin to like you and trust you.

 

The goal of your email communication is to build your credibility and to get your prospect to trust you. Let your prospects get to know you by providing quality content in your e-zine. As you do that, they'll begin to trust you. You're building a relationship. All of your email messages should further that goal.
